Payment and Deliveries
We must receive full payment for the items you’ve purchased before your order can be processed. On receipt of payment we will confirm that your order has been received by sending you an e-mail to the address you provide.
WE DELIVER TO UK MAINLAND ONLY, STANDARD DELIVERY IS 3-5 DAYS
Refunds and Exchanges
We are unable to exchange or refund unwanted items so please make sure you have selected the correct items before completing your order.
DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. If you receive goods that are damaged please return the item(s) including the receipt and a note describing the fault to the address below:

PLEASE USE RECORDED DELIVERY TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS.
On receiving your items and recognising the fault we will refund your payment. Please get in touch with us via email@example.com before sending back the item to make sure we can accept the return.
Availability of Goods to Order
Very occasionally an item may go out of stock. If for any reason we are unable to supply an item we have listed "as available" we will notify you via e-mail and refund the price of the item(s).
All prices payable by you are set out on the website. VAT is calculated by us and included in the price shown. All prices are in pounds (£) sterling.
